Terms of Service

1. Provider and agreement

Vibe Stints is provided by Vibetronics LLC, a Georgia limited liability company and subsidiary of Vibewright Labs LLC. Contact our shared support team at hello@vibewrightlabs.com, identifying Vibe Stints, or write to Vibetronics LLC, 1870 The Exchange SE, Ste 220 #580353, Atlanta, GA 30339, USA.

These Terms cover vibestints.com, its team spaces and API, and the optional Windows Companion. By creating a team, saving a stint, enabling sharing, or configuring the Companion to upload, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains data handling; accepting these Terms is not consent to unrelated marketing or tracking.

You must be at least 13. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use the service with a parent or guardian's permission. Only create a team or act for an organization when you have authority to do so.

2. Beta service

Vibe Stints helps iRacing teams record and compare stints. It is free during beta; the current service does not collect payment details. If paid features are introduced, prices and applicable terms will be presented before you choose to pay. No paid commitment arises from creating a beta team.

Features and availability may change. We may suspend or discontinue the beta, and will give reasonable advance notice of material changes or closure where practicable. Keep your own copies of information you need; we do not promise perpetual storage, uninterrupted operation, or a particular response time. Telemetry analysis may contain errors and is not a basis for real-world vehicle or safety decisions.

3. Team links and powers

The private invite link is the team's credential. There are no individual accounts, owners or administrator roles enforced by the service. Anyone with the link can see team data, upload stints, add roster names, edit notes, delete stints, and turn off community sharing (turning it on is paused). A roster entry does not control access. Keep the link out of public posts, screenshots and unrelated services.

Use these powers only as authorized by the team and respect each driver's privacy. Contact support if a link is lost or exposed. There is no self-service account recovery, credential rotation or whole-team deletion control; support must assess authority before making such changes.

4. Uploads, ownership and sharing

You retain your rights in your content. You give us a nonexclusive license to store, process, display and transmit it to provide the service, including team access and community sharing when enabled. This license does not transfer ownership and ends when the content is removed, except as necessary for restricted backups, legal obligations and handling disputes.

Upload only information you are entitled to provide, inform affected drivers about these policies, and obtain permission where required. Do not include unrelated personal, confidential or unlawful material in notes or uploads. Vibe Stints skips setup fields during parsing, but an original .ibt can contain setup and other session information. Anyone holding the team link can download that original while it is available.

Community sharing is paused (October 2, 2026): no team's records are available to other teams. The rest of this paragraph describes sharing as it worked before the pause. Community sharing is off by default. Any team-link holder can enable it for existing and future records of the whole team. Before doing so, you must be authorized by the team and inform affected drivers; obtain their permission where required. The pool exposes identified driver results described in Privacy §3. Do not publish, resell, identify or contact drivers using pool data outside the team-comparison purpose. Stopping sharing blocks new pool access but cannot recall copies already obtained. A driver may contact support independently about their information.

5. Companion and permitted use

We grant you a limited, nonexclusive license to run the Companion and use the website/API for your team's sim-racing analysis, subject to these Terms. You may use the supplied clients and authorized integrations. Do not bypass access controls, guess or harvest team links, bulk collect other teams' data, disrupt the service, distribute malware, or infringe others' rights. Open-source components retain their own licenses.

The Companion reads the selected telemetry folder, uploads new finished runs after configuration, reads iRacing shared memory for its overlay, and checks for and downloads updates. Pause uploads to prevent new scans; an upload already in progress may finish. Quit the app to stop its processing. Hiding the overlay does not stop uploads. Details and local-data controls are in Privacy §4.

Vibe Stints is independent of iRacing and is not endorsed by or affiliated with iRacing. Third-party names and software remain their owners' property and their applicable terms continue to apply.

6. Retention and removal

Raw-file downloads expire seven days after upload completes. Physical cleanup is scheduled every six hours and can be delayed by failures. Stint and lap records, notes and roster entries remain until removed; deleting a stint does not delete its roster name. Restricted backups are separate from the active service. See Privacy §5 for the distinctions and Privacy §6 for requests.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for misuse, security, legal obligations or to protect other users. Where practicable, we will explain a restriction and give an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent protection may require action first.

7. Responsibility and disputes

The beta and Companion are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement, and liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use. These provisions do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury. You remain responsible for your own lawful use and independent copies of your files.

Georgia law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory protections where you live. Contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally; this does not prevent urgent relief or exercising statutory rights. Where local mandatory law does not provide otherwise, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class proceedings.

8. Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a new date and highlighted on the website or in the Companion as appropriate before they take effect where practicable. If a change requires a fresh agreement or consent, we will request it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms and any expressly agreed additional terms form the agreement for this service; they do not override mandatory law.
